Description:
Tech Talk: Real-World Workflows for Solving Everyday Problems with AI
Speaker: Kristopher Overholt (Google), Eric Abelson (Research Fellow)
Abstract: Let's be honest, integrating complex AI agents and powerful LLMs into our everyday workflows is still tricky, and we haven't truly moved beyond treating LLMs as glorified chatbots. This talk cuts through the hype and shows opinionated workflows of how developers at Google use Gemini models to solve real-world problems. We'll dive into three different approaches of working with the Gemini model: the Gemini chat app, Google AI Studio, and Vertex AI. I'll share my experience and demonstrate how these tools can be used for tasks you face every day (like debugging your code in frustration!). Join us to learn how to work with Gemini for simple to advanced generative AI app development, regardless of your experience level. And gain the skills and knowledge to build your own generative AI solutions to everyday problems.
