What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient healing technique from Japan. The word Reiki can be broken down into 2 separate words: Rei and Ki. Rei translates to universal life or spiritual consciousness; it can be thought of as this all-present energy that is everywhere connecting everything together. Ki translates to life force or energy. Together these words create a universal life force or energy.

This universal life force can help bring balance and peace within our bodies by working with the energy signatures from our mental, emotional and physical states. All of our experiences good and difficult carry different energy resonance. Reiki can help shift the resonance of our more difficult situations. This balance will help us come into alignment with our bodies and return back to our peaceful natural vibration.
