Calling all Planet-Hopping Lowlifes

I’d like to play the classic sci-fi rpg Traveller and incorporate one of its literary influences, the Dumarest of Terra stories of E.C. Tubb. Characters will be outsiders scrambling to survive in a tough corner of the galaxy. Player choice will be primary, not meta plots or railroading.
