What we’re about
I was at the Sam Altman/OpenAI developer roundtable, and had such a positive experience talking with others working in the field. Maybe it's just me, but I don't have too many close friends that are as into AI and in the weeds building things with it as I am. It's extremely beneficial to have peers that you can talk through problems and ideate with, learn from each other, aid in career opportunities and professional development, and even team up and create awesome projects or brand new startups together.
To that end, this community aims to satisfy that need in Toronto, and provide both a series of in-person meetup events where we can gather and connect, as well as this digital space for a more accessible, dynamic and continuous community experience.

Please note that this is in the early stages of development and I am open to suggestions and ideas to shape the community and meetup to best suit our collective needs.
