Aga Khan Museum: Labyrinth Ensemble
Details
We will return to see Labyrinth Ensemble for the 6th time!
https://agakhanmuseum.org/whats-on/labyrinth-ensemble-with-geylan/
Every FOUR years, the 14 members 'disband', and a new group of 14 members is put together. A new cohort!
There will be a "TURKISH' theme to this concert! With visiting guests.
Which also means 14 new instruments to learn about!

The new cohort will dig into European Medieval, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Middle East, and Central Asian musical traditions, and will feature unique instrumentation ranging from guzheng, Hardanger fiddle, lutes, hurdy gurdy, qanun and microtonal guitar; bringing a whole new sound to the project.
The Aga Khan Museum concert hall is one of our top 3 spots in Toronto--for live music.
***Purchase your own ticket--and the ticket price includes entry into the Museum from 6pm onwards (which we always do). We can check out the new exhibitions.
If interested, grab your own ticket. Don't miss out!
