This group is for anyone who wants to move, breathe, sweat, laugh, and explore — all in one place. We’re a small, growing community that mixes Zumba, yoga, hiking, and bicycling into a feel-good lifestyle. No experience needed… just a good attitude and a willingness to show up for yourself.
We keep things simple:
Zumba to shake off stress
Yoga to slow down and reset
Hikes to ground ourselves in nature
Bike rides to build confidence and momentum
Every session is friendly, beginner-positive, and drama-free. Think of it as your weekly dose of movement, community, and “yes, I actually did something for myself today.”

ACTIVITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By choosing to participate in any event organized by Move With Intention, including but not limited to canoeing, hiking, Zumba, yoga, bicycling, climbing, jogging, or any other physical activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that all physical activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death. These risks may arise from terrain, weather, equipment, physical exertion, or the actions of yourself or others.
You voluntarily choose to participate and fully accept all associated risks.
2. Release of Liability
You hereby release, waive, and discharge Move With Intention, its organizers, volunteers, members, and participants from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
This release applies to you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
3. Acknowledgment of Volunteer-Led Activities
You understand that all events are organized and led by volunteers who may not hold professional certifications or qualifications. Activities are not conducted to professional or industry standards.
4. Personal Responsibility & Fitness
You confirm that:
You are in good physical and mental health
You are capable of participating in the selected activity
You will act responsibly and follow all safety instructions
You agree to stop participating if you feel unsafe, unwell, or unable to continue.
5. Medical Responsibility
You understand that no medical services are provided. In the event of an emergency, you consent to receiving medical treatment at your own expense.
6. Equipment & Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own equipment and personal belongings. Move With Intention is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
7. Binding Agreement
By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver in full.
