What we’re about
Toronto Bruce Trail Club is the largest of the nine member clubs of the Bruce Trail Conservancy. Founded in 1962, the Toronto Bruce Trail Club celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2022!
You don't have to be a member to join one of our organized hikes, but we invite you to consider becoming one to support the Bruce Trail --- it is the membership provides crucial support for the Bruce Trail and the Conservation of the Niagara Escarpment. Without membership, there would be no Bruce Trail - "When you are out on The Trail, consider for a moment what this means: every blaze, every boardwalk, every bridge, every stile is there thanks to volunteers and members" -- Robert Bateman, one of the Trail's founding members.
