Ancient Temple - 8 pm (Escape OK Richmond Hill) *New Year's Double Header!*

IMPORTANT: There are two Escape OK locations. We will be at the Richmond Hill location (NOT Vaughan).

PLEASE READ:

Since we missed our monthly escape room in December, we are back and zestier than ever with a double header! That's right, folks. You are cordially invited to do TWO escape rooms with us on Jan. 30th!

You are welcome to join one room at 8 pm and one room at 9 pm. Please don't book the same room twice! You will be bored the second time! If you'd prefer to just to one room total, book one!

*If you are only doing one room, at 8 pm, you are still invited to our social after both rooms. Feel free to hang out in our designated area at the escape room, play games, etc., or head to the *mystery social location which I can give you on the day* while we do our second room, and then we'll join you there.

*If you are only doing one room, at 9 pm, I may personally be in my first room when you arrive. Make yourself comfy in the lobby and people will be out to meet you as soon as we escape!

To secure your RSVP to this SPECIAL DOUBLE HEADER escape room event, you must complete BOTH steps below. Simply RSVP'ing to this event via the Meetup "RSVP" button will NOT secure your ticket. This group is incredible and we have a ton of fun. I appreciate your help in making sure it can run smoothly. :)

Here are the steps:

STEP 1: Please send $38 per admission, per room, as an E-TRANSFER, to TorontoEscapeRoomMeetup@gmail.com. One email with payment for both rooms is totally fine.

In this email, please note:
-> The name of the room(s) AND TIME you want to join the room(s)
-> If you are paying for a guest, please send the appropriate amount for the number of tickets you want (e.g. 2 tickets = $76 per room), and note the name of your guest.
Example email note: "I'm sending $76. for 1 person, Ancient Temple at 8 pm, Cursed Dungeon at 9 pm"
**Out of fairness to members who are committed to attending, if I do not receive your etransfer within 24 hours of you joining the event, your RSVP will be removed to open up space for someone else. You are free to re-join when you are ready to send the etransfer, space permitting.

STEP 2: Click RSVP on the events for the rooms you want. RSVP TO BOTH the 8 pm and 9 pm rooms you want to join. If you are bringing a guest, select +1s.

Managing large events can be complex so thank you for helping me keep track of all you incredible, amazing escapers! I promise this will feel less like info overload and more like fun on the day!💕

Please Note: Room contains sand."

This room is 1 hour in length. Per tradition, we'll do optional coffee/drinks/dinner/dessert afterward if people want to hang out.
Important details about the escape rooms only:

1. We will book the spots for the escape room, so no planning needed!
2. This is a prepaid event, so you must pay the fee to join in.
3. Please arrive at the listed time. This is scheduled 15 mins ahead of the room time so that everyone can arrive, check in and sign waivers if applicable.
4. No shows or last minute cancellations after the booking has been paid for will not receive refunds due to the non-refundable nature of the escape room businesses.
5. If there is a cancellation/rescheduling of the event, you will receive refunds.
6. If you ever want to join an event but all of our rooms appear to be full/sold out, please message me. I can sometimes find a way to add a person or two; and if I hear from a lot of people, I may even be able to book a whole extra room for the bonus folks so they can join in the fun!
7. Please share the puzzles! We can be big groups thanks to your patronage, and sometimes escape rooms don't have multiple puzzles to work on at one time, so only a few people may be able to work on a given puzzle. Share the love! If you've been the leader on a few puzzles in a row, kindly step back and let someone else have a turn.
