New Years Day Yin Yoga Class and Lunch

Start the New Year off, right. A little TLC and a room full of naked men practicing yoga! The first class of the year will start at 11:30. This will be a yin based class so please bring two firm pillows. and plan to stay afterwards for a light lunch. Class is be donation and the exact location near grand Valley will be provided upon Registration.
