This group is great for anyone who wants to make new friends, take part in light to moderate physical activity, enjoy good food and conversation, and have fun!
These are some of the activities that will be scheduled:
> Walks
> Bike rides
> Exercise in the park
> Ping pong in the park
> Online workouts
> Games nights (Cards, board games) (online or in person depending on health regulations)
> Live music, dancing
> Brunch
> Dinner
> Comedy
