Harmonic Sound Bath at Gerrard Art Space

Come down to Gerrard Art Space for a calming, immersive experience in Brian Abbott's Harmonic Sound Bath.

A Harmonic Sound Bath is a special meditative experience that combines theories of sound therapy and microtonal music theory – bridging the gap between healing modalities like Reiki and avant-garde music. It features singing bowls augmented by electronic tones that build a sonic tapestry that calms the body and rejuvenates the mind while participants lie comfortably on mats letting the sounds wash over them.

Participants should arrive at 8pm. We will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by the sound bath. After the sound bath if people want to stick around and discuss their experiences they are more than welcome. Event costs $45.
