Forest Bathing Walk Crawford Lake

Details

Slow down, breathe deep, and let nature do the healing. A mindful walk to reconnect—with the forest and yourself.

Come join me at Crawford Lake for a Forest Bathing Walk. 🌲

This is a Japanese inspired practice of forest bathing. This is not a hike, we will be staying within a 1 km radius and diving deep into our senses and our relationship with nature.

I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

This will be a 1.5 hour session that will offer awareness of your senses, a deepening of your relationship with nature and co-creating a space of embodiment and wonder with community.

There is a gate fee to get into Crawford Lake.

See link for Crawford Lake below:
https://www.conservationhalton.ca/parks/crawford-lake/

We will meet in the parking lot and move toward our sit spot once everyone arrives.

Please arrive on time we will begin promptly.

Looking forward to guiding you in nature.
