We are super excited to announce our next speaker series event on Space Technology featuring two amazing speakers.

Yaron Sagi the co-founder & Managing director at TYPE5 Space Tech Venture Capital. Yaron is a Global Brands Strategist who has been working with brands like Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Apple, Disney, Mobileye and more. Yaron is a well known figure in a world of GTM, leading companies to IPOs, Exits, and to investments raising. Yaron is also the Founder of the global innovation strategy firm Sagi&Co. Inc.

Jesse Mikelberg is representing a private Montreal-based Family Office involved in Venture Capital & Private Equity Investments at the forefront of Early Stage & Advanced Technologies. Jesse’s experience in the space sector began when working with NorthStar Earth & Space, a Canadian SpaceTech Startup, helping lead the company’s Series C fundraising effort & outreach. In November (2022), the team successfully secured $47M in financing to accelerate the launch & deployment of NorthStar’s first block of satellites dedicated to Space Situational Awareness. Jesse later moved into a commercial role, interfacing with satellite operators and public agencies alike to enable a safe and sustainable space economy for all. Jesse’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Master’s in Business (MBA) from Queen’s University.

The event will be held at the Sheff Family Building at the Prosserman Centre at 4588 Bathurst St.
