Launch Note: I have created this group in March 2025. At this time, I am exploring to see if there are others out there who are struggling with their low carb lifestyles but are determined to make it successful for the promised health benefits? I would like to invite first few folks to become co-founders of this group alongside myself. Some like minded folks perhaps to start this new chapters of our lives and make our daily struggles with nutrition a thing of past? If this venture becomes successful we can eventually take this in a for-profit direction, but for now this will be strictly exploratory and community service focused to see what kind of interest exists. - Set a goal (Weddings, get togethers, next bloodwork etc.)
- Create self accountability goals (I will check in every 3 hours, post daily blogs etc.)
- Ask the group to help you with your personal goal.
Weekly Goals & Challenges
- Set and share your weekly health or habit goals (e.g., meal prepping, reducing sugar intake, trying new workouts).
- Participate in fun weekly challenges (e.g., “No Sugar for 3 Days” or “Walk 10K Steps Daily”).
