• What we'll do
A brief Introduction to the event is followed by a short series of Affirmations focused on the colour Blue used for Emotional Healing of the Self and of all Humanity, leading to World Peace. The next stage is 15 mins of Music Meditation (dim light), followed by 30 mins of Silent Meditation (lights out), though some light comes through the partly covered windows. Participants are then free to leave quietly or stay and chat. Arrive - 8.00am; Begin - 8.20am; End - 9.20am; Space free for chatting till 10am.
• What to bring
The space is heated but if the day is cold, bring an extra sweater or scarf just in case. We sit on chairs, but you are welcome to bring a small cushion for softness!
