Come join us for a discussion about the film One Battle After Another by Paul Thomas Anderson; the most recent film that challenges modern day political movements, and the struggles we face when trying to fight back against authoritarianism.

Brief synopsis of the film:
One Battle After Another is a genre-bending political satire and action-thriller that portrays resistance against authoritarianism as a perpetual, necessary struggle rather than a single winnable event. Through the story of an ex-revolutionary (Leonardo DiCaprio) forced out of hiding to protect his daughter from a corrupt official (Sean Penn), the film explores the cyclical nature of history and the trauma passed down through generations of activists.
