This session will cover basics such as audio transcriptions, image description, and alt-text, as well as anti-ableist language. We will discuss how campaigns exclude the Disabled community, and how you can make changes in your organization overall to be more accessible- from online campaigns to events!

Our guest speaker:
Liz Chornenki is the Annual Giving Officer at YWCA Toronto. She is a graduate of the Humber Fundraising Management Program, and has experience as a community manager, as well as creating and implementing digital campaigns. As a Disabled fundraisers, she believes in the importance of digital inclusion, and pushing the sector forward towards full access.
