How a Good CRM Implementation Can Propel Your Nonprofit

Details
Is your nonprofit working with multiple systems to accomplish your tasks? Do you have one system for newsletters, another for events, and a database for donors? Or maybe your existing constituent relationship management (CRM) system just isn’t doing the job? If so, this Toronto Net Tuesday is for you! We’re going to look at how technology can improve your operations and the steps to properly implement a CRM at your nonprofit.
Joe Murray, President of JMA Consulting (http://jmaconsulting.biz/), will be discussing how CRM implementation can take your organization to the next level in terms of fundraising, communications outreach, and serving your clients, and equip you with the right knowledge and tools you need to successfully implement your CRM.
This session will:
• Review what a CRM can do from an external (public) and internal (staff) perspective
• Show how to go from your mission statement to a planning process that:
• Identifies your CRM needs,
• Gets buy-in from staff along the way,
• Breaks the scope down into phases,
• Prepare you for implementing in-house or how to work with a consultant
Who should attend?
• Staff & volunteers at nonprofits, charities and social enterprises who work in databases on a day-to-day basis. You might be an IT support staff, marketing coordinator, fundraiser, database manager, or anyone who is interested in learning more about CRMs.
