Oracle Open World is Oracle's platform for telling the world about its strategy for the coming years. Patrick Cimolini is attending Oracle Open World 2013 and will give the TOUG meet up attendees a short recap of the important points made by Larry Ellison and his team of vice presidents. The points will give the audience insights and hints about Oracle's direction; these insights will help the attendees to make decisions about how to position themselves in order to advance and prosper in the Oracle technical space.

About Patrick: Patrick Cimolini has been working exclusively with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for the last eight years. During that time he has worked as an APEX development contractor, APEX trainer, and a Project Manager who specializes in APEX projects. Patrick is a regular presenter on APEX topics at the Kscope, Collaborate, and Oracle Open World conferences. He is a coauthor of "Beginning Oracle Application Express 4.2" (Apress) and the lead author of "Agile Oracle Application Express" (Apress).
