We are a fun weekend Brunch Meet-up Group for Ladies only. Are you 50+ and looking to meet new friends while enjoying a relaxing brunch? Then look no further. Join us for monthly get-togethers where we will explore a different restaurant at each meet-up. Come meet new friends and connect with familiar faces over a delicious brunch and great conversation! Each month a new venue will be announced. Hope to see you soon!
Every other month we will also explore a different venue offering a Happy Hour event. Come enjoy discounted apps, drinks, and amazing dishes around the GTA on a Friday afternoon. A great way to start the weekend!
Please note that a clear facial photo of yourself is needed to complete your membership in this group. If you do not wish to make your picture public, you may send it to the group email - weekendbrunchover50@hotmail.com. It will not be shared.

Come beat the winter blues with a HAPPY HOUR event at Fox and Fiddle (York Mills) on Friday, January 9th, 2026. The venue features a great selection of discounted beverages and mouth watering apps. Please view the menu in the photo gallery below. Meet friends and make some new ones in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Each participant will cover their own food and drink costs.
There is a non-refundable / non-transferable $5.00 cover fee to attend this group event. This charge will reserve your spot, help with group costs and hopefully minimize no shows. Payment of the $5 cover charge is due by FRIDAY, January 2nd 2026. After this date, non payment of the cover fee will result in the Member's name being moved to the "not going" list so that those "waitlisted" have an opportunity to attend the Brunch. Note - attendees may bring one guest (subject to space availability) under this cover charge.
n consideration of others, if you are not able to attend, please advise 48 hours prior to the event to allow other people on the waitlist to have your spot. No shows and less than 48 hours notice of non-attendance will be noted. 2 or more such occurrences will unfortunately lead to removal from the group. Let's get together for our first Brunch of the New Year on Saturday, January 24th, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Nola Eatery and Bar, specializing in both French and Italian cuisines with vegan options too.
