Perlmongers monthly meeting

We're going to meet in person for the first time in a while, at the C'Est What? location in downtown Toronto. It's near Church and Front, at 67 Front St E. They have a good selection of beers and good food there.

Topics to discuss at this meeting:
- Does anyone want to take over running this group? Since there haven't been that many technical talks recently, we could just meet for a social get-together.
- Moving away from meetup.com because of the cost.
