Introduction to Entrepreneurship: Is This for Me, and Where Do I Start?

Most people don't hesitate because their idea is bad. They hesitate because they think entrepreneurship is intimidating. This opening session challenges this assumption by using real Canadian statistics and introducing the Business Model Canvas, both of which can help you capture how a business creates value, reaches customers, and generates capital. By the end of this session, you will be given a chance to start filling in your own Business Model Canvas and a chance to network with other participants.

The program includes a short networking component, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs.
