Tools to Run Your Business
Details
For new business owners, staying organized can be just as challenging to find customers. This session will explore the tools that can take routine work off your plate. From bookkeeping and invoicing, to scheduling, payments, customer records, marketing, and social media creation. We will also look at where AI tools can genuinely help save time and add value versus making unnecessary work. We'll discover where to find free resources, and how to avoid subscribing to services that won't be of value in the long run. You'll leave with a concise list of tools appropriate for new business owners.
The program includes a short networking component, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs.
Presented by Ryan Knight, TPL's 2026 Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Toronto Reference Library.
