Whether you are starting a business or in job search, mentorship is important for newcomers in Canada. Entrepreneur in Residence (Newcomer Focus), Jean Chow, shares how a good mentor can bridge gaps and explain expectations, real and/or perceived, and can help newcomers build vital professional networks, learn and build workplace culture, and gain confidence.
