Who are we?
Toronto Sober Living Network is a welcoming, inclusive community for individuals at any stage of their sobriety journey. Whether you're sober-curious, taking your first steps toward recovery, celebrating years of sobriety, or supporting someone you care about, you belong here.
What's our group goal?
We exist to create a supportive, judgment-free space where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections while embracing personal growth and positive change. Our mission is to foster a community centered on mutual support, continuous learning, and celebrating each person's unique journey toward wellness.
Who are we hoping to meet?
- All Are Welcome
- Individuals exploring sobriety or who are sober-curious
- People in early recovery seeking community and support
- Those with long-term sobriety who want to give back and stay connected
- Friends and family members of people in recovery
- Anyone interested in personal growth, mindfulness, and healthy living
- Individuals from all backgrounds, ages, and walks of life
Our Community Values:
- Inclusivity: We celebrate diversity and welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences
- Non-judgment: We create a safe space free from criticism, shame, or discrimination
- Respect: We honor each person's unique journey and choices
- Confidentiality: What's shared in our group stays in our group
- Growth: We support continuous learning, self-improvement, and positive change
- Connection: We believe in the power of community and human connection
What will you do at our events?
