Welcome to a new kind of Friday night - one focused on connection, support, and personal growth. Whether you're sober-curious, in early recovery, celebrating long-term sobriety, or supporting a loved one on their journey, this is your space to belong.
## What to Expect:
- Welcome & Introductions: Meet fellow community members in a warm, judgment-free environment
- Community Building Activities: Interactive discussions designed to foster connections
- Milestone Celebrations: Share and celebrate recovery wins, both big and small
- Group Norms & Safety: Establish our community guidelines for ongoing sessions
- Resource Sharing: Learn about local Toronto recovery resources and support networks

Led by the clinical team at Addiction Rehab Toronto, our weekly Friday meetings create a supportive community where people can share experiences, learn practical recovery skills, and build meaningful connections. Each session features rotating themes including recovery workshops, guest speakers, creative activities, and family support.
