First Toronto Solarpunk Meetup!
Details
First Meetup! While I don't have an official agenda for this meeting, here's some wonderful things that could happen:
- meet other Toronto/GTA solarpunks!
- get a tour of Hacklab.TO, Toronto's first hackerspace (since 2008), including electronics lab, sewing area, shop, kitchen, etc.
- talk about solarpunk - how to live as if the future is now, gardening, technology, sustainability, decolonial enthusiasm, nature, change, etc...
- share resources - recommend to each other various things we have found: websites, board/video/TTRPG games, favorite solarpunk places in the city, whatever you got! Please bring show & tell if you have something physical!
- brainstorm future projects, meetup event ideas, destinations and venues, new prospective people to invite to the group
- your idea here!
- come away energized by helping make solarpunk ideals more real in your life and in this city!
