CSI We Create Our Futures
Details
Hey this is just a placeholder event to let the group know that the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI, 192 Spadina Ave,
Toronto) is putting on a solarpunk conference this weekend: We Create Our Futures (luma event), event website with schedule. I (Eric Boyd) will be there, along with 260 (!) other people.
Friday evening launch party includes a solarpunk fashion show! Saturday workshops and talks include streams for governance, futures, connection, and food. Sunday workshops include home economics, investing, and education.
Tickets are only $80 for all three days, or you can mix and match if you want. RSVPing to this meetup event does not get you tickets, or really anything, but I guess you can still do it if you want LOL. Also, if money is tight for you, use promo code "NEWEARTH" for 20% off (from their website, this is free to share publicly). Luma event, buy tickets here.
Love to see some of you at CSI!
