⚪ **TONIGHT is the second of 2 Full Moons in the same one month.** It will be a Supermoon, meaning the moon's orbit will be closest to Earth at the same time that it is FULL! So the pull of this Full Moon's energy will be particularly strong.

Did you know that our moon emits an energetic frequency, that effects the water on our planet (ocean tides) and in our bodies, thereby arousing our emotions & awareness. It is also said that when the sun's rays bounce off the moon, the MOONLIGHT illuminates Earth and what has hereto been hidden in the darkness, on a mass consciousness level and within our own psyche.

So a Full Moon offers a powerful energy, that can help you release & give over to the light, old habits of thinking and reacting that no longer serve you, thereby supporting your transformation into a being of higher consciousness. We'll learn how to practice using FULL MOON energy to raise the vibration of our bodies.

**Join us in sacred circle outdoors at High Park** to learn how our ancient ancestors knew how to harness the energy of the Full Moons to bless the land & transform themselves for the better, connecting with Spirit and a sense of divinity.

🌟As we'll be seated on the ground, please bring a yoga mat, or towel to sit on, some water to bless, perhaps a warm jacket and a candle for some light.
