We train Saturdays and Sundays at Central Tech Stadium, working on short sprints, endurance training and acceleration.
It’s casual — no fees, no coaching — just a few of us pushing each other to get faster.
Whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to move quick and feel sharp, you’re welcome to join.
