Looking for people to sprint with on weekends? We train Saturdays and Sundays at Central Tech Stadium, working on short sprints, endurance training and acceleration.
It’s casual — no fees, no coaching — just a few of us pushing each other to get faster. Whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to move quick and feel sharp, you’re welcome to join.
Bring your spikes or trainers, some water, and good energy. Let’s fly 💨
Workout menu for the day
- Warmup - Dynamic Stretch, Jog
- Sprint Drills (A-skip, B-skip etc,,)
- Short sprints 30m, 60m, 80m. A couple reps each.
- Cool Down
