Located on the 4th floor of the Artscape warehouse in the historic Distillery District in downtown Toronto, approx. 350sqft, with high ceilings and large south facing window.

Studio to rent on afternoons during the week, and some evenings. Flat rate of $100/rental, ( additional $25 to use studio lights). Available:
- Monday & Friday afternoons ; 12:30pm to 5:30pm ( 5hrs)
- Monday & Wednesday nights ; 6pm to 10:30pm. ( 4 1/2hrs)
