Join us all summer long for FREE Yoga in High Park - every Sunday morning at 10am! In the spirit of karma, we will accept donations (suggested $2-5) for the Healing Hearts Project to teach yoga and life skills to vulnerable children, orphans, adolescent sex-trafficking victims by offering free yoga classes to youth and providing teacher training to school educators who can teach yoga in their communities.

The styles will vary week to week but will always accommodate beginners and is open to people of all ages. Check back for specific details of which great West-end studio or gym is sponsoring by offering us an instructor.
