Hey Toronto Elixir,

October is here and we are back with our fall programming!

This meetup will be BOTH in person and online! They hybrid format has been pretty successful so we are very excited to, once again, bring together local Torontonians and people from all over the world that we met during the online only meetups!

We will be hosted by the gracious folks at 7Shifts, pizza and beverages will also be provided for in-person attendees.

The appointment is for Wednesday October 4th, doors open at 6:30 pm at the 7Shifts Toronto office or online on Zoom
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87517074199?pwd=cGtsRkVGei9qVW9Rcyt0dTFsY3Y3Zz09

Talks will start around 7pm.

First Leandro Pereira (https://github.com/leandrocp) is joining us to talk about: "Beacon: The next generation of CMS in Phoenix LiveView" - https://github.com/BeaconCMS/beacon

Shortly after Razvan Draghici (github.com/tzumby) will present: "Deploying a large distributed Elixir cluster" - Lessons learned from running over 300 Elixir nodes in full mesh, what breaks and what you can do to fix it.

If you wanna have a chat, look for our community on the #toronto channel of the Elixir Slack https://elixir-slackin.herokuapp.com/

p.s.
Given that this is also a remote event please feel free to extend the invite outside the Toronto community as well! We'll be happy to have you!
