I am a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying who once scored INTJ but I've since become ambiverted along the way. I attended social anxiety groups as a participant before studying psychotherapy. Like many of us, I have had a lot to overcome. It can still creep back, personal work is essential for all of us humans. 

I lead online Wellness Groups through lockdown times of the pandemic and felt and witnessed the benefits of a group practicing loving kindness together each week for 12 weeks. Practicing relationship skills together that spilled out into our lives as well. 

I'm becoming an expert on disorders of disconnection while starting my mostly online private practice in Toronto, Ontario. I have a specialty working with narcissism, LGBTQ+ relationships, and relationships in general.
