You won't want to miss our day trip to Oshawa on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Explore the art, history and culture of Ontario with us as we welcome and celebrate the winter season and all of the magic and excitement of the upcoming holiday!

Once called "the automobile capital of Canada", this city was once home to McLaughlin Motor Car Company Limited, the largest carriage manufacturer in the British Empire. The company was taken over by General Motors in 1918.

Historians identify Oshawa, Ojibwe for "the crossing place" or, "a stream crossing", as a centre of trade amongst indigenous peoples. Today it is now a centre for education and health sciences.

Our itinerary includes the Oshawa Museum, Oshawa Creek, the Canadian Automobile Museum, The Parkwoods Estate, Simcoe United Church and the day's featured attraction, Cirque du Soleil's Crystal at 7:30 pm. There are 3 foodie stops on this day tour.
