  • Bachata Sensual styles have incorporated many elements and techniques from Brazilian Zouk, which is characterized by intricate leading and following techniques and smooth body isolations.
  • This course explores in details from the source of Brazilian Zouk, the key to clear but smooth leading and following, and creative transitions
  • 6 weeks course will explore techniques and fundamentals in:

1] Body Waves & Rolls
2&3] Body isolation, transition & variation (using shoulders, ribs, hips and knees)
4] Head movements
5] Dips
6] Transitions and variations for smooth and interesting creation

  • Our guest zouk instructor Ed Marques will be sharing his tips in topics that has huge roots in zouk
  • Course runs 6 weeks (12 hours) Sept 7- Oct 19 (no class on Oct 5)
  • Thursdays 8:30-10:30pm
  • Instruction is 90min plus extra 30 min of supervised practice
  • Cost $210+HST, or $40+HST drop in/session
