A Day at the Races (Horse Racing)! - Woodbine Racetrack!

A Day at the Races (Horse Racing): Join us for a day at the races. If you have never been to a horse track before, then you are missing out. There is nothing like seeing horses run as fast as they can. It's even better if you bet. Just know that you don't have to bet if you don't want to. It's really a nice day to get out and try something new. We did this over the last few years and every time we have had a great time. This is something you have to do once in your life and it's always a members favourite!

Meetup Spot: There will be 2 Meetup spots. 1 for those that will be meeting at the TTC and 1 for those that are driving.

1. TTC (Meetup time 11:15am) - Meet me on the Bus platform under the 37 Islington Bus sign and I will be wearing my Moose Hat. I will only wait till the bus comes. We are taking the 37 Islington Bus and it leaves at 11:24am. There will be a 10min walk from the TTC spot to Woodbine Racetrack.
2. Woodbine Racetrack (Meetup time - 12:15pm) - There is a lot of free parking which is great if you want to drive. I will meet you at Gate 10 outside and I will be wearing my Moose Hat.

What time do the races start: 1:10pm
What time they end at: 4:00pmish

PLEASE NOT THAT YOU CAN LEAVE ANY TIME YOU LIKE!

What to bring:
Government issue I.D
CASH!!!!! - If you want to bet you MUST PAY IN CASH!!!
YOU CAN BRING IN YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. LET'S BRING SOMETHING TO SHARE WITH THE GROUP.

What we will do: Once we are all together at the Woodbine Racetrack we will find a place where we can all sit together in the stands. There is also a VIP room that costs $10 if we all want to do that. Then we will go place our bets which start at $2 and enjoy the race. You don't have to place an bets as the energy in the place is great. There is also a food court for those that want to drink and eat.
