If you've never been to the horse races before, you're missing out on one of Toronto's most unique and entertaining afternoons.

There is something surprisingly exciting about watching these incredible athletes thunder down the track at full speed while thousands of people cheer them on.

Whether you're placing a bet, cheering for a horse based on its name, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, it's always a fun day out.

The best part? You don't need to know anything about horse racing to enjoy it.

Many of our members come for the social experience, the excitement, and the chance to try something completely different. Over the years this has become one of our most popular annual events, and every time we go we have a fantastic afternoon together.
And yes... betting is part of the fun, but it's completely optional. Some people bet, some don't. Either way, you'll have a great time.

There are TWO meetup options available.

🚍 TTC Meetup Option
📍 Meetup Location: Islington Station Bus Platform under the 37 Islington Bus sign
🫎 I'll be wearing my Moose Hat
⏰ Meetup Time: 11:15 AM
We are taking the 37 Islington Bus.
🚌 Bus Leaves: 11:24 AM Sharp
I will only wait until the bus arrives.
If you miss the bus, you will need to make your own way to the racetrack.

🚗 Driving Meetup Option
📍 Meetup Location: Outside of Gate 10 at Woodbine Racetrack
⏰ Meetup Time: 12:15 PM
🫎 I'll be wearing my Moose Hat
There is plenty of FREE parking available.

🏇 Race Information
🏁 First Race: Approximately 1:10 PM
🏁 Last Race: Approximately 4:00 PM
You're welcome to leave at any time.

🎟️ What We'll Do

Once everyone arrives, we'll find a spot together in the grandstand where we can enjoy the races as a group.

We'll:
🏇 Watch the races
💵 Place bets (if you'd like)
🎉 Cheer for our horses
😊 Enjoy the atmosphere
🍔 Grab food and drinks if we feel like it

For those interested, there is also a VIP seating area available for approximately $10 per person if the group decides we'd like to upgrade.
Minimum bets start at just $2.
And remember...

You do NOT have to bet to enjoy the experience.
Many people come just for the social outing and excitement.
