Guided Practica
I created these Sundays because I wanted a space where students can learn, but mostly have fun and feel the benefits of dance in both body and mind. No rush, no pressure to perform, no guessing what to do next. Just a space to learn, practice, ask questions, and feel supported while growing.
We start with a 1h 15 min Lambada class, then stay to practice together with guidance and feedback. The vibe is happy, focused, and welcoming - whether you are new to Lambada or already dancing.
