Virtual Open House for Summer Retreat

I am excited for the opportunity to showcase our beautiful venue for this summer's Awaken Retreat in upstate New York. This retreat is designed to help women feel more vibrant, confident, and connected so you can return to your lives feeling refreshed, excited, and ready to take on anything.

Some of you may have additional questions in planning your retreat experience. I wanted to help guide you through the retreat day by day, and invite you to join me for a virtual open house!

I will walk you through the entire experience…
-Get a virtual walkthrough of where we'll be staying and ask me all your questions.
-During the retreat, you can expect to enjoy yoga, meditation, time in nature, and rituals for sacred self-care, all while surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.
-My experienced guest healers will guide you through a variety of practices designed to help you connect with your inner self and goddess wisdom.
-You'll also have the opportunity to to connect with like-minded women from all walks of life.
-Our retreat is the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself, to recharge your batteries, and to rediscover the joy and beauty of life.
