Whether your interest in public speaking is a passion, a key to unlock your career, or a challenge in your personal development, you will benefit so much from attending our meetups.
Tottenham Speakers Club is a fun, friendly public speaking club based in North London. We meet twice a month to practice and develop our public speaking skills and network, on the first and third Monday at 6.30pm for a 6.40pm prompt start.
Our regular meetings are held at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre (BGAC), Town Hall Approach Road, Tottenham Green, N15 4RX. Near tube stations are Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale station and 2 minutes walk from the Town Hall.
Why join a public speaking club?
There are lots of good reasons to join a club like Tottenham Speakers, but here are a few of the most popular:
* to overcome a fear of public speaking
* build confidence when presenting to an audience
* to prepare for a specific event such as a wedding speech or an important presentation
* develop effective communication and leadership skills that are valuable in many areas of life
It’s also a great way to meet new and interesting people – we’re a pretty sociable bunch! The North London community comes together to communicate, learn and have fun.
