Finally a good cycling Club in your neighborhood.
We are "Tour de Friends Cycling Club"
We are meeting on 14th June (SUNDAY) at sharp 6.30 AM opp. to Barista Lavazza in Sahakar Nagar.
Don't miss the action. Goodies for all people who make it..

Welcome residents of Sahakar Nagar, Kodgehalli, Jakkur, Talakaveri Layout, Judicial Lyt & surrounding areas to join us.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Cycling Headgear/ helmet
Cycling Shorts/ Tracks/ Shorts etc.
Good sports shoes
Comfortable T-Shirts
Water bottle, 1 extra water bottle, If Reqd.
Cap & Sunglasses, if Required.
Knee & Elbow guard for those who want it
Most importantly a good Cycle with Brakes on it ! :)
Note: 1) Have a glass of milk/ Light Breakfast/ Protein or Energy Bar before coming.
2) Parents / Guardian must accompany their children. Else, Children won’t be allowed.
3) There is No racing or competition event, Please advice your children to avoid racing. We will also give strict instructions at the venue. The focus is on Fitness & Fun.

AGE GROUPS:
Children Above 10 years, Teens & Adults are welcome to join in.
I particularly encourage children & women to participate & make it nice group & help in getting the lazy boys & men to become active.

NOTE:
All children aged 18 or Above
This will be done regularly on weekdays & weekends
We can also do cycling close to your Apartment/ Gated community for added safety. Will gradually progress to cycling adventures on the outskirts of Bangalore etc.Mountain biking & other outdoor & adventure sports.
Ex: Kayaking, Abseiling, Rock climbing, Archery, Camping etc.
These will be organized by professionally trained & experienced people & will be chargeable. Each of you is responsible for your own safety & security & of your children etc.
VENUE:

80 Feet Road, Sahakara Nagar
TIMING:
6.30 - 7.30 AM
We will start with a 15 mins warm up & stretching session.
Then a 30 mins Cycle ride
Wind up with 10 min cool down session

Each one of you is responsible for your own health & if you or your child has any health condition that may aggravate due to cycling stress or fatigue. You must inform us beforehand. Parents are requested to take this seriously & the onus/ responsibility is on them.
You will need to take all precautions necessary. You must carry & wear headgear, knee & elbow guard at all times. Have sufficient water to avoid de-hydration.
You must inform us in case you have Asthma, prior instances of Fits, Hypertension (Blood Pressure), Cardiac/ Heart Condition etc. If you doctor has advised cycling can put you to risk, then please avoid it. Alternate & less strenuous exercises like yoga, walking etc can be done.
We as Organizers of the cycling activity cannot be held responsible/ liable for any health complication/ mishap/ accident/ injury/ trauma etc. We only take responsibility to organize a simple cycling activity with basic safety in place.
You willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, you observe any unusual significant hazard during your presence or participation, you will remove yourself from participation and bring such to the attention of other cyclists immediately.
Also, you, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS, this group and the hosts of this ride, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property associated with your presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE BY YOURSELF OR OTHERS, to the fullest extent of permitted by law.
