Join experienced, fully trained practitioner Carole for a session to soothe and uplift your body. Utilising her wealth of experience in Qigong and the minds power over our connective tissues, Carole will lead you through movement to promote relaxation and inner calm. This isn't a fitness class and beginners are very welcome. Many of the movements can be duplicated in a sitting position. I have fibromyalgia and may need to use a chair some weeks and a mat on others. Every one and every body type will benefit from these sessions.
The activity is from 10:30-11:30 with time either side for socialising and refreshments. We do ask for a donation for Towcester Mind into an anonymous collection tin. Classes would normally be £12 but please just pay what you can afford so that money isn't a barrier to physical wellness.
