Celebrate Fremont: Festival of the Arts

We just learned that Fremont is having its 42nd anniversary of the Festival of the Arts in Fremont downtown this coming Aug 1-2 weekend. The Fremont Festival claims to be the largest free street festival west of the Mississippi, it attracts over 150k people annually.

I will be volunteering at the festival in the morning, my shift ends at 12:30pm. If there are people interested, I can show you guys around the festival.

Capitol Ave and Paseo Padre, below the police tower.
Time: 12:00 pm Meet at Peet's coffee
12:30 pm Tour the festival.
