As is known that Oktoberfest has a lot more interactions than the usual town festivals. Competition, group dance, singing etc. programs. So come enjoy another Fall afternoon with us.
This is our 2nd year to host festival social in Cambell's Oktoberfest. This would also be held concurrently while we have a good sized volunteer team staffing the festival. So we expect volunteers joining our activities as well, showing us around.

As usual, our events are geared toward professionals who can use some more connections. So the early careers, the new in towns, the singles are all welcome. So are our formats of activities. Come expect to hold name tags throughout the event.
And again, to help people build connections, we would use a squad social format. Basically having people form into small groups, each led by volunteered hosts, do self intro and visit the festival together. Then regroup and remix. This way you have good chance to know and talk with people comfortably in a small squad, and then within a big group context, in such a happy festival setting.
By previous feedbacks, we may use an age grouped approach, so people could feel easy and relaxed among their peers.
