Whichever Agile approach you are taking each has its pros and cons and sometimes a quick tune-up can help support the teams in operating in the most efficient way possible.About the Speaker: Melissa Tondi is highly experienced in the fields of Quality and Test Engineering, Enablement and Agile methodologies. Balance: it's what distinguishes great leaders from average leaders. Strong leaders develop a deliberate and continual practice of balancing how they invest their time and how they show up as a leader.
We will describe the four dimensions of leadership balance: (1) Power style, (2) People orientation, (3) System perspective, and (4) Time horizon. For each dimension we'll share real-world examples and practical tools to achieve the optimal balance, so you can boost your leadership skills to the next level.
Takeaways:- Be able to describe the different dimensions of leadership balance and their importance
- Be able to set and reset your own intentions to find the optimal balance points over time
Intended audience: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Product Manager, Managers, Leaders. Anyone who wants to improve their leadership skills!
