🌟 Encuentro para personas autistas adultas (diagnóstico tardío 30+) y parejas Barcelona – Biblioteca Pública Fort Pienc ¿Has pasado años sintiendo que no entendias las normas sociales? ¿Que entiendes las reglas… pero te gustaría que vinieran con subtítulos? ¿Te diagnosticaron ya siendo adulto/a y de repente muchas cosas encajaron… pero siguen quedando mil dudas? Este encuentro está creado precisamente para personas que se reconocen en estas experiencias. El objetivo es ofrecer un espacio donde quienes son autistas (30+), con o sin pareja, puedan tener compañía sincera, humor compartido, comprensión real y un respiro social, sin máscaras ni presiones. y quien sabe ... **Al igual encontraras un nuevo amigo ;)** *** ### **TEMA DE LA SEMANA:** ### 1.\*-Relaciones — pareja y amistades cuando una relación se enfría o se pierde. ### 2.\*-Sueño y descanso — cosas que nos ayudan a descansar mejor en la práctica **🌿 ¿Cómo funciona la dinámica?** Se empezara por la conversacion y sacarameos preguntas sobre los temas hasta que acabe la hora, y se conversará con calma a turnos. Quien desee hablar, habla; quien prefiera escuchar, escucha. Se permiten silencios, pausas largas, observación tranquila. **No se corrige, no se juzga, no se presiona.** El propósito es ofrecer un entorno amable y seguro para que las personas autistas puedan estar a su ritmo. **Y las parejas o amigos cercanos también son bienvenidos** ❤️ **🕒 Horario** **11:00–11:15** – Llegada tranquila y presentación. **11:15–12:15** – Conversación guiada por turnos, a ritmo suave. **12:15–12:30** – Cierre tranquilo y tiempo libre para quedarse o marcharse cuando se necesite. 🤍 **Un espacio pensado para descansar** **No es terapia. No es un taller formal.** Es un encuentro entre personas que comparten una manera particular de percibir el mundo. Si te reconoces en esto, eres bienvenida/o. Created and organized by our Nature Lovers circle members in Gifted Zoo, and we are so excited to share it with fresh faces. ​**Yes, we are talking about you! ;)** ​We are meeting at the train station on Sunday April 12th at 10:40 sharp (the R2 Sud train leaves at 11:00, so please be punctual!). ​*Each person is responsible for buying their own ticket.* ​From there, we head to the Camí de Ronda coastal path from Vilanova i la Geltrú all the way to Sitges, a gorgeous walk along the sea that will absolutely steal your heart. ​Once in Sitges, you can dig into your packed lunch or explore one of the countless restaurants the city has to offer. ​We will be catching the return train from Sitges around 17:00, but if you want to linger and soak up the afternoon sun a little longer, nobody is stopping you. ## ​Here is what to bring: * ​trail shoes or sneakers with a grippy sole, * ​half a litre of water (or a full litre if you want to be covered all day), * ​a sandwich or packed lunch (or money for a restaurant), * ​a hat or cap, * ​sunglasses if you are light-sensitive, * ​and sunscreen especially if the sun tends to love you a little too much! * ​Bonus points if you throw in a swimsuit and a light towel in case you feel brave. ​The most important thing to pack though is a good mood and the desire to move your body and have a great time! *** ​Hola Zebras! ​¿Os apetece una excursion fácil y bonita? > ​Edición Especial organizada por nuestros miembros del círculo de Amantes de la Naturaleza 🤩 y que abrimos especialmente a nuevas personas que nos quieran conocer. > ​Y por supuesto te queremos conocer a ti también ;) ​Acompañanos a una ruta que te regalará la vista.
