Set in the heart of nature, this event is designed to help you feel more rooted, present, and connected to Spirit through:

• Earthing (barefoot walking on the land)
• Journaling and reflection
• Group sharing and community gratitude

Bring:
A yoga mat or towel, water, journal, and anything else to help you feel grounded and comfortable. Barefoot is encouraged!
