Tour of our virtual African Village (and brunch!)- online event

Greetings all!

I hope that you have been able to experience some sun these days…

Have you been itching to break away from all of this oppressive tension we are facing in these times? Or are you yearning to prolong the potential for more inner peace and stillness?

Many off us who have wanted to create safe spaces for us to live with folks who have shared values have envisioned what is called an intentional community.

In line with African centered values and an adherence to our sacred spiritual traditions, I have created a virtual intentional community- Ile Sakhu Ebewa- and I am inviting all of you to join me for an online tour of our new village!

If we are to truly establish ourselves as a people, having a place of our own will allow us to walk the path and restore our essential practices. This is a potential first step!

Please try to wear white or traditional clothing as we walk on these (virtual) sacred grounds and begin our journey. You will see pictures of the lands and the houses and shared spaces. Some folks from my twice-a-week circle (the Ebewa) have already selected homes within the village. YOU CAN AS WELL! (Also feel free to reach out about our group.) You can also join us for brunch by “sharing” (showing) the vegan dish you will be eating as we meet!

I hope that you will all be inspired by this vision. It is time for us to build a community of shared values where we can feel safe to be our African Selves and fully embrace our legacy! We will also discuss the forming of a village-within-a-village network right here in NYC!
